Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TET-À-TET Beauty Studio, Elena Sidanova, Rosenheimerstr. 96, 81669 Munich, Germany, email: info@tet-a-tet-studio.de) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may expire early in the case of service contracts if the service has been fully performed and the customer has expressly agreed to the commencement of the service and acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance.

For vouchers, the right of withdrawal expires once the voucher has been fully or partially redeemed.
