Services

We offer professional cosmetic treatments. The scope of services is defined on our website or explained during consultation.

Appointments

Appointments can be booked by phone, online, or in person.

A confirmed appointment is binding.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

In case of late cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge the appointment in full or in part.

Payment

Payment is due immediately after the treatment using the available payment methods.

Vouchers

Vouchers are transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash.

Liability

We are liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Individual reactions to treatments cannot be guaranteed.

Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
